Child Safety Standards

IDEAWA is a leisure recommendation service. These standards apply to its AI, user-created content, messaging, community, and shared planning features wherever they are offered. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and address concerns through our reporting and enforcement processes. These standards supplement our Community Guidelines.
1 Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualization of minors, child trafficking, sextortion, or any attempt to arrange, facilitate, produce, request, distribute or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. This includes AI-generated, digitally altered, and other synthetic material that depicts or facilitates the sexual exploitation of children.
2 In-app reporting
Report suspected child-safety violations using the in-app Report or safety feedback control on the relevant content, profile, message, or AI response. The report can be submitted without leaving the app. You may additionally contact support@ideawa.com with “URGENT: Child Safety” in the subject. Provide the item identifier and a description; do not download, copy, forward, or attach unlawful imagery to make a report.
3 Action and escalation
We prioritize child-safety reports for urgent review. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM in IDEAWA, we promptly remove or disable access to it and take appropriate action against the responsible account. We preserve only records lawfully needed for reporting or an investigation, restrict access to that evidence, and follow applicable child-safety laws.
4 Contact for child-safety matters
Child-safety reports and notices from app stores or relevant authorities can be submitted to support@ideawa.com, marked “URGENT: Child Safety”. This channel routes reports to the person responsible for IDEAWA's child-safety review and escalation procedures.
5 Children's privacy
IDEAWA is not directed to children under 13, or under a higher applicable minimum age. Minors must not disclose their location or sensitive identifying details through social features. For general privacy information, see https://ideawa.com/privacy/.
